    Prime Plaza New CBD The second building in the Botswana’s “Melrose Arch” was completed in July 2012. The Development features approx.. 12 000m² of A-grade office space in the New CBD and features large open Piazza areas, pause areas for the occupants and dense water-wise landscaping.
