  • Barclays Head Office The last edition to the Prime Plaza development. 5500m² of offices, completed in August 2014.
  • The Office This one of a kind office development offers small businesses the opportunity of having all the facilities that are available to a large corporate, however only having to purchase office units of 25m² or 37m². The common facilities include, reception, boardrooms, meeting rooms, coffee shop, copy shop, kitchens, ablutions and a fully functional gym.
  • Mongala Mall Mongala Mall, the latest shopping Center to be developed by Time is an 7 500m² center at the Kanye Taxi Rank. The development is a PPP agreement between Time and the Southern District Council who are the land owners.
  • Prime Plaza New CBD The second building in the Botswana’s “Melrose Arch” was completed in July 2012. The Development features approx.. 12 000m² of A-grade office space in the New CBD and features large open Piazza areas, pause areas for the occupants and dense water-wise landscaping. This “Green Building” provides 2350m² of highly desirable A-grade office space over three floors with a basement over the full extent of the site.
  • Kgale Manor A secured upmarket residential development in Kgale View consisting of 58 freehold houses built with a touch of French Provence style. The eight house plans that were on offer range in size from 89.5m² to 306m². Construction to the houses started in 2008 and the last house was handed over in 2011.
  • Morojwa and Mowana Mews The latest office development to be completed in the New CBD of Gaborone, these two buildings provided 6 000m² of A-grade offices to individual purchasers under sectional title.
  • Showgrounds Close This sectional title office development was developed for the medium sized business who want to own their own office premises. The development comprised 19 individual office units.
  • Sebele Shopping Centre This modern, highly visible 9875m² convenience center, which was completed on 2011, is one of the flagship development completed by Time. The amazing blue lighting makes this center a real feature as one drives along the Francistown road at night.
  • FNB Francistown The property is situated alongside the Engen filling station on Blue Jacket Street, Francistown, which gives easy access to all parts of the city as it is essentially at the crossroads of Francistown. The property has a prominent position at the entrance to the Francistown CBD area and very high visibility from Blue Jacket Street, the main road in Francistown.
  • Deloitte Head Office Located in the Fairgrounds Office Park, the Deloitte new head office was handed over in March 2011. The majority of the building is occupied by one tenant; with most of the office space overlooking a triple volume open space. The building was constructed with a concrete frame, brickwork and some areas are cladded with triple volume curtain walling. Along with Deloitte, Stevens Fricker & Associates, Bank ABC and Wilderness Safari also occupy the building.
